About Rick

So why?
   Food and beverage has always been a passion for me. I have had a curiosity of different, unusual, and unique foods as far back as I can remember. After almost 15 years in the food service industry, I still have the same passion as I did on day one. For sometime now, I have wanted to start writing about food, wine, and the crazy things I have witnessed over the years in restaurants. So here we go. I hope all who reads this blog as finds it as enjoyable as I do writing it.
